Evidence of multiple emergency management drills coinciding with the Haiti earthquake begin to emerge
January 21, 2010 – 2:51 pmIt has been speculated by Huvo Chavez that the U.S. used a tectonic weapon that caused the earthquake to hit Haiti. (link to video) The idea that this technology exists is controversial. Many say that HAARP is a tectonic weapon. Needless to say it is a “conspiracy theory” that this technology exists.
But lets look at this from a different perspective. Let’s look to see if there is any fore-knowledge of the upcoming disaster. It is well documented that on the morning of 911 there were many drills running that involved hijacked aircraft. On the day of 7-7 London bombings, A consultancy agency with government and police connections was running an exercise for an unnamed company that revolved around the London Underground being bombed at the exact same times and locations as happened in real life on the morning of July 7th. One has to ask, Were there any drills running involving a disaster hitting Haiti?
Doing some internet research we find out that DISA (Defense Information Systems Agency) was preparing to run an emergency management drill that involved Haiti being hit with a natural disaster the day before the earthquake. We found this out through a press release from their own website titled, “Defense launches online system to coordinate Haiti relief efforts.” Within this article we find the following: On Monday, Jean Demay, DISA’s technical manager for the agency’s Transnational Information Sharing Cooperation project, happened to be at the headquarters of the U.S. Southern Command in Miami preparing for a test of the system in a scenario that involved providing relief to Haiti in the wake of a hurricane. After the earthquake hit on Tuesday, Demay said SOUTHCOM decided to go live with the system.
Now that we know that there was a drill running that involved the target, Haiti, can we find out how extensive this drill was?
Doing a little more digging we found this article from CNN titled “An e-mail from Haiti, then minutes, a nightmare.” This is a very sad tragic account of a soldier, Ken Bourland who it is speculated was in his hotel room in Haiti when the earthquake hit. He hasn’t been heard from since. From this article we found out that he was in Haiti to take part in a disaster preparedness course. Here is an excerpt from the article stating this. “Last Tuesday, from his room at the Hotel Montana near Port-au-Prince, Haiti, U.S. Air Force Maj. Ken Bourland sent an e-mail to his wife telling her that he was fine and had just settled in for what was going to be an exciting time taking a disaster preparedness course.” One has to wonder if this was a course or a “drill” and if it was a drill, was “DISA’s system test” somehow involved?
Who else was in Haiti taking part in this course?
Well it just so happens that the General in charge of the whole Haiti operation was there as well. Here is what we know from the AirForceTimes.com in an article titled, “Major trapped in rubble of Port-au Prince hotel.” An excerpt from this article states “Bourland, 37, had flown into Haiti from the Dominican Republic the morning of the earthquake with Lt. Gen. Ken Keen, deputy director of U.S. Southern Command.” Further down in the article we find this: “All five, also staying in the hotel, escaped. Keen, outside the hotel at the time of the earthquake, is now overseeing U.S. military aid as commander of Joint Task Force Haiti.”
So now we know that the point man in charge of the whole Haiti operation arrived in Haiti the morning of the earthquake to take part in a “disaster preparedness course.” Is this a coincidence or is it very good disaster planning? You be the judge.

Drills are the mark of a false-flag event. Even people taking part in the drills don't know the real thing is going to occur. If this were the result of a techtonic weapon, I doubt anyone in Haiti including the good General was even a part of it. Compartmentalization… I'm sure all they knew was they were to go to Haiti for this drill. Then the quake happened… Wow what a coincidence.. The chess players make sure there pawns are in place before the next big move. The people in the UN building are seen as collateral damage by the New World Order manipulators. Just take the theory as a grain of salt. Let's see how many more coincidences occur in the next natural disaster.

Sometimes people can make any random connections tell a story. Ah the human imagination.
Clearly they were not prepared at all – contrary to the writer's theory- because we lost so many military personnel in the quake. Is that part of the plan, to see how buildings crumble on UN staff? Also, relief coordination is quite inefficient and slow, so there goes your efficient army conspiracy. This notion is bunk.
Their have been military trainings going on in Haiti with many UN countries for some years now. Perhaps you can list them all instead of an isolated one to make an idiotic point without any journalistic integrity other than conjecture. Much like the bible thumping fools believing in their own voodoo conspiracies.
Even if the HAARP technology does exist, setting off an earthquake to test it is absurd and completely out of character of a covert/beta military/CIA operation..if you knew anything about that research. Does anyone honestly believe they would be that stupid to have press that week covering their operations if they were secret? I know, you'll say they do that to fool us with this false openness. Well I guess we can't argue with any of this non-evidence then, because there's an assertion for everything to make such silly points.
Let's face it, handling this aftermath is not exactly a smooth run. This emergency task force you so fear can't even get shipping containers open in the port after a week. So much for the conspiracy of an efficient army taking over a vulnerable nation. It's a shitshow run by headless chicken.

Yeah, ya' have to wonder why they had to go to Haiti for instuction in disaster preparedness. Too many coincidences.
