On September 2nd 2008, Jesse Ventura granted an interview to Fox News with Neil Cavuto at the Rally for the Republic in Minneapolis Minnesota. Our crew including members of Eclipptv.com, RepublicMedia.tv, and RevolutionaryPolitics.com was also there to capture the interview.
The former Governor talks about how he thinks “The Ron Paul Movement could be the start of a third party” in a possible presidential run in 2012. He also talks about how the mainstream media is in the pockets of the two-party system and how through a third party we would rise up and take our country back! Mr. Ventura goes on about how Bob Dole and former President Bill Clinton formed the Federal Debate Commission killing the hopes of future third-party candidates…
He wraps up the interview with a slight on Bill O’Reilly saying “Actually I’d like to do Bill O’Reilly but he’s too much of a coward to have me on!”
For some Reason Fox Business News failed to air the interview….
BUT WE WILL NOT ALLOW JESSE VENTURA TO BE CENSORED!!!!

But their training in doing a daily radio show with no script in front of them and no producer talking in their earpiece makes them naturals for TV. ,

I don't really see a conflict with being a little guys politician and making money. He is still what he is and he's ethical and honest and doesn't take kickbacks, just like Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich.
Would it be wrong if he wrote a book and made millions? Why not?

So where will a candidate come from? There is not one person in the political arena right now that deserves my vote. Not one! The closest person is Ron Paul, and he has no chance within the system. The rules now pretty much eliminate the ability of a third party gaining any significant place in the USA, we have sen that for ourselves.
Lights out guys, the party is over, better learn Chinese.

John, I never said that the truth telling hurts. Ventura just 'dilutes' his efficacy by virtue of his own 'corruption', and the one thing most people are getting tired of, rule wise, is this; "do as I say, not as I do" hypocrisy that propels these guys into office in the first place.
I'd just like for once to see someone on the national stage that isn't so busy filling his pockets with everyone elses money, that he actually does the right thing for the nation for a change.
but you're right. We're not going to get perfection. What I would like out of these guys is DECENT OPERATIONAL ETHICS FOR A CHANGE. that'd be very nice.
thanks for the reply, it's nice to know people are awake and paying attention.

Nuff Said, I think you have your standards set a little too high. Everyone is a human being. It's like you're looking for some sort of perfect being to follow. That ain't going to happen. I'm not worried about whether Ventura is a perfect dude, no one is. What I'm interested in is a little bit of the "truth" getting out there. The more that gets out there, the more that people won't feel so alone and that could be the beginning of something.

I like the declaration of sovereign free will above. Thanks, B.A. Brooks. Also the post above, about the pot calling the kettle black, that's also right on. Mr. 'little man's politiician' did indeed trot off to California on weekends, all paid for by the State of Minnesota, to make money for himself that he should have donated to 'charity' instead of being exactly the same pile of crap he denounced during his campaign.
there is only one kind of politician. and that's the 'corrupt' kind. As for Ron Paul, he's a truth teller but he's been in politics for a very long time and until just recently, he never seemed to have spoken up about the two party system being a failure as it has proven itself to be. Even independents like the turd from Vermont, Bernie 'dead guy' Sanders, who stays away from roasting Israel and only says what he knows will get him the spotlight, is another example of a life long politico who talks a big game and seems like the real deal, but not unlike Jesse Ventura, is full of shit.
Jesse has said a lot of things that are so very true as of late, but sadly, he so damaged his image by doing the "make myself rich gig at the cost of my state" thing, that even though I know he's telling the truth, I also know he's blowing his own horn again to garner more bucks. He's not out on the truth circuit to get the truth out, he's out there to try and nab a few thousand bucks for telling us all stuff we've already figured out on our own without his help.
the United States is for all practical purposes, 'finished' as a nation under RULE OF LAW and we are so very down the toilet now that all of the straight talking politico's in the world are not going to save the country now.
Where was their honesty 25 to 30 years ago? Their love of country?
the only thing assholes in this country are in love with is their f'ing bank account or stock portfolio.

must be the pot calling the kettle black time, eh?
